Accident involving school bus in Northeast leaves three injured

Philadelphia police and medical aid were called to the scene around 6:40 a.m. Friday.

A car accident in the Northeast involving a school bus has left three injured Friday morning.

Philadelphia police said a 34-year-old man driving a 2016 Honda CRV along East Wyoming Avenue near G Street in Juniata by Tacony Creek Park attempted to pass the bus on the lefthand side when the two collided around 6:40 a.m.

A 13-year-old female complaining of leg and neck pain was taken to St. Christopher's Hospital for Children. The 33-year-old female bus driver, who sustained a facial laceration, as well as a 34-year-old male aide who had leg and back pain were both taken to Temple University Hospital.

All three are in stable condition. No arrests have been made.
