Herbert L. Hutner, 99, who chaired the President's Advisory Committee on the Arts during the Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush administrations and was the fourth husband of actress Zsa Zsa Gabor, died Dec. 7 in Los Angeles. Mr. Hutner chaired the presidential committee that advises and consults with trustees of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts. Mr. Hutner married Gabor in 1962, but the couple divorced four years later. - AP
