There were six teenagers in a Suzuki SUV, hardly big enough to carry them, and not one was wearing any of the at- least four seat belts.
Did these teenagers not hear that Gov. Corzine was not wearing a seat belt?
Plus . . . a post-prom party at 3 a.m.?
Teenagers driving to the Poconos?
And their parents agreed on this?
