MAYOR Street and Police Comissioner Johnson might be two of the worst leaders this city has had to put up with in a long time.

Anybody convicted of a violent crime while using a gun should be given a life sentence. Start off by using the old Eastern State Pen.

Jam them in there and don't worry about overcrowding. Within a year, they will knock each other off and the neighborhoods will be a lot safer.

Just think, the police might have time to check out the nitwits driving around without insurance. Love to see that.
