Letters | Where there's a Will . . .

AS A PERSON who grew up with actor Will Smith and who talked with him as a background actor on "Enemy of the State," I never miss any of his movies.

As an African-American, I find Will an inspiring character in the world of make-believe as he saves the world from UFOs, cannibal vampires and out-of-control robots.

If only Will could save people from the real enemy of the world, which is intolerance, then he truly would be a messiah-like figure.
