Letters: Ellis Hobbs deserves a thank you for his big heart

RE THE LETTER pooh-poohing the level of Ellis Hobbs' generosity:

I think it's ridiculous that someone would actually be criticized for being generous.

I just wanted to make that letter-writer

aware of the fact that on Thursday night

Dec. 23, Ellis Hobbs helped numerous

families by providing a dinner and giving

toys to many needy families in North Philly.

But more important, he and his family gave their time to speak to everyone about the importance of giving back.

So get all the facts before you run off at the mouth!
