Sara Mostafa, senior, Absegami:

This 6-5 center rules the low-post area with her size, agility and playing experience.

Ocean City: The Red Raiders' point guard averaged 11 points a game last season and should reach the 1,000-point plateau this season.

Jesse Frasier, junior,

Holy Spirit: The 5-11 guard/forward is closing in on 500 points. Frasier, a Division I prospect, averaged 11.5 points per game last season.

Kaity Lent, senior,

Sacred Heart: The scrappy point guard is a scintillating playmaker who will reach 500 career assists and 1,000 points this season. The lefty is a three-year varsity starter.

Middle Township at Sacred Heart, Dec. 14, 7 p.m.

This is one of South Jersey's biggest rivalries.

Holy Spirit at Middle Township, Dec. 20, 7 p.m.

These two teams will be battling for first place in the National Division 1.

Absegami at Atlantic City, Jan. 2, 7 p.m.

This game is a good test for the home team in an American Division I battle.

Holy Spirit at Sacred Heart, Jan. 3, 7 p.m.

This will provide a look at two of the top teams in National I and II, respectively.

Ocean City at Absegami, Jan. 12, 7 p.m.

It is payback time for Absegami. Ocean City crushed the Braves twice last season.
