Republican candidate for New Jersey governor Jack Ciattarelli campaigns in Burlington County, appearing at GOP Headquarters in Medford for a Get Out the Vote rally.
Ciattarelli is the underdog trying to oust Democratic incumbent Governor Phil Murphy in a state where registered Democrats outnumber Republicans by 1 million voters, and his party has controlled both chambers of the legislature for two decades. But the last Democratic governor to win re-election was Brendan Byrne in 1977.
