Buildings in Philadelphia are lighted with blue to recognize the efforts of health-care workers in fighting the coronavirus outbreak on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 marking World Health Day. Blue was being used because it is a color used on medical scrubs. The lighting will continue every Tuesday of the month.
Camden County's first public coronavirus drive-thru testing site opens April 1, 2020 on the site of the former Riverfront State Prison in Camden. The long-planned site at Camden County College in Blackwood is still awaiting testing kits and has yet to open.
