Ice sculptor tries to bring joy to the streets of Philadelphia

Ice Sculpture Philly owner Peter Slavin typically makes 30-40 ice sculptures a week for public and private events. With everything canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic he is doing guerrilla ice sculpture as street art.
