New Jersey votes - mostly by mail-in balloting

In August, Gov. Phil Murphy ordered that New Jersey would have a mostly all mail-in election. County boards of elections - including the one in Camden County - mailed out ballots to all of the state's registered voters. In the week before Election Day, New Jersey’s voter turnout has already surpassed 80% of the state’s total number of ballots cast in 2016
