Summerfest "Green Phase" open on Penn's Landing

The Blue Cross RiverRink Summerfest roller skating rink and summer-long festival opened on Penn’s Landing this week - but without the roller skating and carousel. This year's version still has the Ferris Wheel, boardwalk-style games, and a 9-hole mini-golf course, but the rink is now filled with sand and picnic tables for a physically-distanced beach area.
