Workers rally for a "Just Philly" budget following cuts related to the coronavirus

Philadelphia city workers held a rally Tuesday to ask Mayor Jim Kenney not to cut funding to city services. The "Day of Action for a Just Philly Budget" took place at Dilworth Plaza, near City Hall.
