From 1800s Victorian homes to the site of the 1876 Centennial Exposition, Parkside is packed with history that helped shape not just the city, but the country. But beyond the landmarks, it’s the people — like longtime residents working to restore and preserve these homes — who continue to define what Parkside is today.
