Amanda Eap keeps those famous baguettes baking at the South Philadelphia corner bakery she founded two decades ago with her husband Andre Chin. (Sadly, he passed in 2022.) Sweet and salty strike a balance in the signature ham, jam, and Brie on an outstanding breakfast croissant, but really every sandwich at Artisan Boulanger Patissier is divine.
