Small-batch bagel king Alex Malamy — known for the late lamented Dodo popup, and newer Little Bean coffee shop — opened this Cedar Park cafe in late 2023. Cleo offers a menu of sturdy bagels and bialys that remix New York, New Jersey, and Montreal styles, along with a few over-the-top options. One of the biggest draws is surely the Ramen Thing, a bagel stuffed with sliced-to-order boiled egg, pickled ginger, bamboo shoots, fresh scallions, fresh-ground toasted sesame seeds, crispy dried seaweed and spicy mayo.
