Han Dynasty’s Han Chiang to be featured on Vice’s ‘Chef’s Night Out’ series

Way back in 2012, chef Brad Spence of Amis fame had his episode of Vice’s "Chef’s Night Out" series taken over by Han Dynasty founder Han Chiang. Now, three years later, Chiang will get a Munchies feature of his own on April 23.

Way back in 2012, chef Brad Spence of Amis fame had his episode of Vice's Chef's Night Out series taken over by Han Dynasty founder Han Chiang. Now, three years later, Chiang will get a Munchies feature of his own on April 23.

Chiang this week posted some teasers to the episode to Facebook, with the photos showing stops at Amis, Prime Stache in Old City, and Isaiah Zagar's famously mosaicked South Philly workshop, where he appears to have been joined by Cristina Martinez and Ben Miller from Barbacoa. Even the Eagles' Jason Kelce makes an appearance.

That, however, is not all. Philly Eater indicates that Vice will also have a future episode of Chef's Night Out with the one-and-only Marc Vetri sometime in May.
