Need gluten-free food? There's an app for that

The Gluten Free Philly blog has gone into the app world.

The Gluten Free Philly blog has gone into the app world.

Its new app (now available for iOS and later this month for Android) offers more than 1,200 curated gluten-free-friendly restaurant, bakery, market and attractions listings covering Southeastern Pennsylvania, South Jersey and all of Delaware, with new listings frequently added.

Built by GFP publisher Michael Savett, it offers search by name, location or cuisine, and provides gluten-free-friendly menus and options.

The app is available for iPhones, iPads and iPods for $2.99 at the iOS App Store and through this link.

Note that iTunes rated it 12+ for "Infrequent/Mild Alcohol, Tobacco, or Drug Use or References."
