Saturday, Dec. 27 marked the final dinner at the Four Seasons' signature restaurant.

The last table of four ordered the Chef's Tasting Menu.

The last course was the tasting menu dessert Dark Chocolate Layer Bar by pastry chef Annalise Matinas.

Throughout the evening, several former servers and chefs stopped by or dined, including Chefs Jean-Marie Lacroix and Tony Clark.

At the end of the evening, the servers were seen sharing hugs with each other, as well as the cooks followed by a final champagne toast to 31 years.

The Fountain will serve breakfast and lunch until the hotel closes June 6.
