How would you spend $8 million?

Yesterday, a judge from the Court of Common Pleas ruled that the Philadelphia Eagles owe the City of Philadelphia $8 million for skybox revenue from Veterans Stadium. The long-running financial dispute because a public relations nightmare for the team, which contends the city owes $8 million for a canceled preseason game. That matter will likely be settled by the same judge next week.

Now, $8 million is not a giant sum of money, especially when we're talking about a budget hole of $1.4 billion. But every little bit helps. And we want to know how you would spend the $8 million.
