Jon Myerow isn't 100 percent sure exactly when Tria Taproom will open at 2005 Walnut St. (the former Rum Bar), but it looks like we're in store for multiple liquid assets.
As in 24 beers, 2 ciders, 2 soft drinks, 12 wines.
No wine bottles, either. All will be taps.
Unlike the other Tria locations, which celebrate the trio of beer, wine and cheese, this one will have a kitchen turning out wood-grilled flatbreads and and "bar food - things like chicken wings and ribs, but good ingredients.
"A more manly Tria" is Myerow's phrase that pays.
