Chef change at Isabella

Chef Michael Cappon is moving on from Conshohocken BYOB Isabella. He has taken a job where he will run the specialty food department for a food distributor, the restaurant's rep says.

Sous chef Mario Rodriguez has been promoted. His resume includes the Farm and Fisherman, the Soho House, Telepan and Standard Grill at The Standard Hotel in New York City and Ruth's Chris in Pittsburgh.
