Chestnut 7 in Chestnut Hill, which opened a shade over two years ago at 8201 Germantown Ave. in Chestnut Hill, is closed, management confirms.

Management had tried a menu shift toward Italian last spring, and tried a move toward lower prices last month.

The location previously was Solaris.
