The contents of Sbraga at Broad and Pine Streets, which closed abruptly in January, are to be auctioned off June 6 at sheriff's sale, according to a city's notice affixed to the door.
Among the assets is the restaurant's liquor license.
Chef-owner Kevin Sbraga declined to explain the circumstances of the closings of Sbraga and the University City location of The Fat Ham.
It's surmised that there was a falling-out between him and his investors, causing, in effect, a lockout.
The Fat Ham at King of Prussia is still open.
Contacted Tuesday about the sale, Sbraga replied: "Maybe I can go and get some of my belongings back."
