Firebirds opens in Moorestown

The operators of Moorestown Mall vowed that Firebirds Wood-Fired Grill would open before Christmas.
By gum, it will.

It's between Macy's and Sears, on the other side of the mall from Marc Vetri's new Osteria branch. (The Jose Garces-owned Distrito is months away.)
This is the 29th Firebirds (others locally are in Chadds Ford, Newark and Collegeville) and the first in New Jersey.
It's open for lunch and dinner.
(Holiday hours: Christmas Eve from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., closed Christmas Day, New Year's Eve from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., New Year's Day from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.)
