Greek on fleek: P'unk Burger and Bitar's create a burger
One of two specialty burgers on the East Passyunk shop's menu.
P'unk Burger on East Passyunk, which just served its 10,000th burger, has two new partnerships.
Marlo and Jason Dilks, who also have SLiCE pizza, have called upon their neighbor Amin Bitar of the Middle Eastern destination Bitar's for the BFGB/ Big Fat Greek Burger ($11.95), an organic lamb burger topped with smashed falafel, tzatziki sauce, cucumber, and red onion.
The Dilkses also are working with 1732 Meats and devised the Jalapeno Burger ($11.95), an organic beef burger topped with 1732's jalapeño bacon, jalapeño jack cheese, cilantro, and house-made pico de gallo.
