Here's a whoa: Pat Szoke, who set the bar so much higher for bar food at The Industry in Pennsport, is headed back to the Vetri fold.

As staff is about to find out, he will become chef at Alla Spina in North Philly.

The opening was created when Marc Vetri appointed Alla Spina chef Michael Deganis to oversee the kitchen at the Osteria offshoot opening this fall in Moorestown Mall.

Szoke, who is to start at Alla Spina in August, has two stints at Vetri and one at Osteria under his belt.

Oh, and Manny Perez, who learned pizzamaking at Vetri's elbow in Osteria's early days, has been named chef at Pizzeria Vetri, opening later this summer at 1939 Callowhill St.
