Monica Malpass says she's expecting twins
The 6ABC anchor told her audience she's due in June.
Monica Malpass told her Facebook friends earlier that she had a big announcement.
At 5 p.m. on 6ABC's Action News, she dropped the bombshell that she is expecting.
It's twins.
Malpass, who turns 49 in April and re-signed a multiyear deal last year, has a son, Jake, 9, from her marriage to builder David Cutler, which ended in divorce years ago.
She did not identify the father; station sources speculate that she embarked on the pregnancy as a solo effort.
