New chef at Opa
Bobby Saritsoglou, a veteran of Santucci's, also spent time cooking in Greece.
For the first time in its four years, Center City's modern Greek taverna Opa will have a Greek-American in the kitchen.
George and Vasiliki Tsiouris just hired chef Bobby Saritsoglou, a veteran of Santucci's who also spent time cooking in Greece. He replaces James Wells, who left last summer. Wells was sous chef under opening executive chef Andy Brown.
Saritsoglou's menu for Opa - and Drury Beer Garden - are in the works.
