Palm restaurant announces its return to the Bellevue
The announcement will include details of a program that will allow many of the nearly 2,000 people represented on the restaurant’s walls to have their faces saved prior to demolition.
An announcement is expected Friday, Nov. 18 to spell out the details of the return of the Palm restaurant, which closed Feb. 29 for extensive renovations.
The announcement will include details of a program that will allow many of the nearly 2,000 people represented on the restaurant's walls to have their faces saved prior to demolition.
The restaurant, which became a power room shortly after its 1989 opening at Broad and Walnut Streets, was supposed to return in late 2016 or in early 2017.
The fact that demo has not begun suggests a late winter or early spring 2017 timeline.
