Philadelphia gets its turn in the Frankenfood spotlight Sunday, July 13 at 10:30 p.m.

The Spike TV series - starring chef Josh Capon and hometowner Tony Luke Jr. - combed the country last winter, asking people to create dishes by merging unlikely ingredients.

In the Philly episode, Capon and Luke get judging assistance from Bobby Fisher, chef of Molly Malloy's restaurant in Reading Terminal Market.

The three sampled dozens of dishes before putting their two favorites up to a popular vote among hundreds of people who showed up for the taping.

The winning dish, as announced Sunday night, will be served for three months at Molly Malloy's. The winner also gets a check for $10,000.
