Now open: The Radnor branch of the Pietro's pizza empire.

Pietro's Pizzeria & Birreria (236 N. Radnor-Chester Road, 484-367-7072) joins locations in Center City and on South Street, as it sets up next to Honeygrow and Hubbub Coffee.

Pietro's partners Pete and Nick Pashalis, along with Pete's brother-in-law, John Lois, also own the Estia Greek Taverna at the opposite end of the strip center across from the Radnor High football stadium.

The 150-seater has black-and-white photos of Italy on the walls, whitewashed brick walls, painted pressed tin ceilings and a seasonal outdoor beer garden with picnic benches. There's a 14-seat bar (with 16 beer taps) and open kitchen where pizzamakers flip the pies. Unlike the other Pietro's, this one is not burning coal in the ovens.

Menu also includes small plates, entrees and salads.
