Restaurant notes

Fellini Cafe in Paoli files for Chapter 7 bankruptcy; Ro-Zu to roll out sushi at Seventh and Bainbridge.

Fellini Cafe in Paoli is closed, and records in bankruptcy court show it filed for Chapter 7 protection. Basically, it means that if the court approves, the corporate assets are sold and it's done.

On a more intriguing note, I see that Ro-Zu seems to be close to putting out sushi and other Japanese dishes at Seventh and Bainbridge Streets, across from the Bean Exchange and down the street from Chick's Wine Bar and Horizons. This project has been in the works for some time.

Yards Brewing says it has opened its tasting room at its plant at 901 N. Delaware Ave.

Dmitri Chimes is looking at Feb. 24 for the opening of his third Dmitri's, 944 N. Second St. in Northern Liberties. Was supposed to open in September, but you know those construction delays. Chimes says this BYOB's menu and approach will be similar to Queen Village and Fitler Square.
