The Black Taxi, serving an Irish American menu from an Irish chef, is being built out on the former site of Lemon Hill at 25th and Aspen Streets.
Here's early word of a bar/restaurant opening just after Thanksgiving in Fairmount:

Aidan Travers, one of the owners and a seasoned local barman, says it will be family oriented - a fact that may make the neighbors Uber-excited.
