Lou and Joey Campanaro of South Philly's Village Belle will compete against Iron Chef Marc Forgione and his brother, Bryan, on Iron Chef America (10 p.m., March 4). The Campanaros recruited Jeff Power of Dettera to be their third. Of course, the results are hush-hush.
