We're giving away New Year's Eve dinner for two at Sabrina's Cafe, 1804 Callowhill St., to the best response to the questions, "What is your New Year's resolution this year? We're also giving away dinner for two on Jan. 11 to Cuba Libre's first "Pop-Up Paladar," in which chef Guillermo Pernot will host a Havana chef, Luis Alberto Alfonso Perez, for what's billed as the first U.S. appearance of a Cuban chef since the embargo.
