The U.S. Soccer Federation announced the draw the first round of the U.S. Open Cup on Wednesday. It includes teams from the lowest divisions of the American soccer pyramid.

Updated with results of the play-in round and official first-round matchups.

The U.S. Soccer Federation announced the draw the first round of the U.S. Open Cup on Wednesday. It includes teams from the lowest divisions of the American soccer pyramid: the USL Premier Development League (12 teams), National Premier Socer League (8 teams), United States Adult Soccer Association (8 teams), U.S. Club Soccer (1 team) and United States Specialty Sports Association (1 team).

There will also be a few expansion teams from the USL PRO league. You can read the full list of teams in this year's tournament and when they will enter the field here.

It's particularly noteworthy that Reading United, the Union's PDL affiliate, gets a home game in the first round. The Union aren't playing that night, so it might be worth checking out if you're able.

The PDL team in Ocean City, N.J., also has a home game, against the New York Red Bulls' under-23 team. You might see some future MLS players there too.
