1/2 cup fresh orange mint, coarsely chopped

1/4 cup fresh orange pelargonium (scented geranium), coarsely chopped

2 tablespoons fresh orange thyme

2-3 tablespoons orange zest

1 tablespoon fresh tarragonEndTextStartText

1. Make sure all ingredients are dry. Combine and store in airtight container. (Drying time ranges from one to three weeks.) Use 1 teaspoon tea blend per 8-ounce cup of hot water. Crush the dried herbs to release flavor, as you add.

2. Steep for 3 to 5 minutes for light flavor. For stronger flavor, brew 10 to 15 minutes.
