Wursthaus Schmitz's menu goes live

Wursthaus Schmitz - the new Teutonic takeout spin-off of South Street beer hall Brauhaus Schmitz - has finally obtained its cooking license at Reading Terminal Market.

Besides a line of deli meat and German packaged foods, it's serving five hot sandwiches:

The Schmitz (not to be confused with The Schmitter): Bratwurst, Pork & Sauerkraut, Mustard

The Bavarian: Smoked Bauernwurst, Bavarian Coleslaw, Horseradish Sauce, Fried Onions

The Hungarian: Smoked Hungarian Bratwurst, Beef Goulash, Roasted Hot Hungarian Peppers

The Polish: Kielbasa, Stewed Cabbage & Tomatoes,Spicy Pilsner-Horseradish Mustard

The Lyoner: Fried Bologna, Munster Cheese, Dill Pickle, Horseradish Sauce, Raw Onio
