June 18: Chefs at the Shore, a fund-raiser to benefit the marine and environmental programs of the Atlantic City Aquarium and the scholarship program of the Professional Chefs Association of South Jersey, featuring live cooking demonstrations by 11 chefs, tastings of the food they create, dishes from area restaurants, live music, and a silent auction. $50, or $450 for a group of 10 tickets. 5:30-9 p.m. at the Atlantic City Aquarium, 800 N.
