Why do they call her Crazy Susan? Maybe because this cookie maven, who just opened her second South Jersey store, still works as a legal assistant a few days a week.

But it's more likely because the treats she bakes are crazy good. The chocolate chip is soft and light, while more decadent versions, such as the crazy turtle, which is a cashew chocolate chip cookie dipped in caramel and chocolate, send people into a tizzy. Just ask Rachael Ray, who featured it on her TV show.
