Company description: Savor the combination of creamy ranch sauce, sliced chicken strips, crispy bacon, fresh sliced onions and tangy buffalo sauce.

Chain: Papa John's.

Calories: Oy. We ordered ours without the bacon and onions (on Buffalo Chicken Pizza?) but order it the Papa John's way and one slice of this large pizza has 370 calories, 160 of which come from fat. There are 17 grams of fat (6 of which are saturated), 39 grams of carbs, 15 grams of protein and only 1 gram of fiber. With 40 grams of cholesterol and 1,150 milligrams of salt (in a slice!), this pizza has to be a very occasional order. If you're the type of person who orders a pie and just munches away until it's gone, this baby will set you back a whopping 2,960 calories.

Location: 2100 Market St.

Order time: Under a half-hour for delivery.

Price: Large came to $14.04 with discounts we didn't know we had — maybe because we skipped the bacon. Online ordering price is $15.

Review: Buffalo chicken pizza is an acquired taste. Some people can't eat pizza that doesn't have tomato sauce, and others find the notion of ranch dressing on pizza akin to sacrilege.

If you can get past that and can limit yourself to no more than two artery-clogging slices, this entry isn't bad — rich, gooey and with a little kick of buffalo sauce. We could have used a little more chicken and a little less goo, but one Gang Member found it was delicious. Others said, "Next time order a normal pie with pepperoni."

Summary: Nine gang members tried at least one slice and results were decidedly mixed — not necessarily because this was bad Buffalo Chicken Pizza but because it was Buffalo chicken pizza. We like our pies red, like the Daily News logo.
