Farmer's Market Recipe: Fresh strawberries with maple syrup and lemon juice

1 quart ripe strawberries

2 tablespoons maple syrup or other sweetener

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1. Wash, hull, and cut strawberries into 3 or 4 pieces each.

2. Add lemon juice and maple syrup. Mix gently.
