Older home buyers, more cash, and (relatively) fewer first-timers: A national survey sheds light on the state of the housing market

The National Association of Realtors' annual report surveying homebuyers and sellers also found that buyers' household incomes hit all-time highs, and multigenerational homes are getting more popular.
