Italian Family Pizza

Pizza

Hailing from a long line of pizzeria people, Steven Calozzi specializes 24-inch cheese-on-the-bottom, Trenton-style pies with a thin, crispy crust that is some approximation of round and barely fit through the door. See also: tomato pie drizzled with Pecorino and olive oil, a sauceless white pizza, thick-crust Sicilian, and tender, oven-roasted meatballs (served as is or in a baked-to-order roll made from pizza dough).
