The longtime Northern Liberties watering hole and music venue pivoted from tacos to hot dogs during the pandemic, aiming to become “the hot dog bar” of Philadelphia. From the bar’s closet-sized kitchen, they’re serving a average-sized all-beef dogs and fifth-of-a-pound dogs made with a pork-beef blend. The big dogs can be dressed up with melted cheddar, taco toppings (pickled jalapeños, onion, tomato, jack cheese), or Chicag-O style (dill pickle, peppers, relish, onion, tomato, celery salt). There’s a vegan dog and a pickle dog, too.
