Oscar’s Tavern

Bar$

Oscar's opened in 1972 and, other than reluctantly quitting a nasty smoking habit, the place hasn't changed much since. There's still the acoustic tile ceiling, the worn vinyl booths, and those crisp classic-cocktail place mats advertising old-timey cocktails not actually available for purchase. People keep coming back to Oscar’s for its real-deal servers and bartenders, DNA-deep dive bar aesthetic, and its tendency to go large (i.e. the 23-ounce beer, the classic cheesesteak-and-a-half, etc.).
