The sandwiches at this Ocean City shack are worth the wait, if there is one, says critic Craig Laban, who praises crisp chicken cutlets, the slow-cooked Italian roast pork, and the “Uncle Charlie” — a hot vegetarian hoagie that “may well be the best thing on the menu.” Don’t sleep on the hand-cut fries and lobster rolls, either.
