Man dead after a Monday morning shooting in Society Hill
The victim was shot multiple times, police said.

A 35-year-old man was shot multiple times as he sat in his car on the 500 block of South Front Street in Society Hill early Monday morning and later died of his injuries, police said.
The shooting was reported around 2:20 a.m. Responding officers found the man unconscious in a black Buick LaCrosse that was riddled with bullet holes. He had been shot in the head, neck, chest, and legs, police said.
The victim was taken to Jefferson University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 2:40 a.m.
No arrests have been made, no weapons were recovered, and police gave no motive for the crime.
