In some ways, this week’s Republican National Convention should offer a more entertaining spectacle than the Democratic one, which mostly featured earnest, kind, heartwarming, reassuring, normal people. The sort of people Trump calls the “radical left.” Trump’s posse would definitely be entertaining to watch in a Sopranos episode, but not so much in a 4-year reality TV show taking place in the same room as the nuclear button.
